B2B Meetings - How does it work?
This event will take place on-site only, on-line meetings will not be foreseen.
A matchmaking event is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners in face-2-face talks. 30 minutes run fast but usually it is enough to build first connections, then the bell rings and the next talk starts.

2. Publish a business profile to showcase your needs
Create a strong profile (marketplace item) which will raise your visibility to others on this platform. Make it clear and concise. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners and who you want to meet. A good profile will significantly generate more meetings. Don't forget your profile will be live and visible even after the event.
Only registrations with a relevant, completed market place description will be accepted. See also Terms of Participation.
3. Browse profiles of attendees
Check which participants are most interesting and find out who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities.
4. Send & receive meeting requests
Be active not reactive. Browse published participants profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet at the event. Adding a meaningful remark why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chance that your request will be accepted. Accepted meeting requests will be scheduled automatically.

- Access your meeting schedule
- Manage further meetings during the event
5. Matchmaking | 1:1 Meetings
You will receive an email with your detailed meeting schedule. A final paper version can also be consulted at the Matchmaking registration desk.
You can also check your meeting agenda online or via the b2match app.
